We use your information to operate, maintain, and improve the SoftCare Tech platform. Specifically, we use it to authenticate your identity, process internship applications, facilitate matches between candidates and companies, coordinate project contracts, and send security/account alerts.
3. Data Sharing & Disclosure
We do not sell your personal data. We share candidate application info (e.g. CVs, skills) exclusively with verified Partner Companies to facilitate internship placements. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety, rights, or property of our users, staff, or public.
4. Security and Protection
We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures to safeguard your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure. These include secure passwords, JWT authentication, and TLS/HTTPS transport encryption.
5. Access Control & User Roles
To prevent unauthorized data access, the platform enforces strict role-based access controls (RBAC). Guest, verified user, intern application candidate, company admin, staff, and admin accounts have different permission levels. We audit these permissions regularly.
